We want every customer to have the best possible start and offer a full service setup for all customers, free of charge. You will also be assigned a Success Director who will be your direct contact both for setup and operation once your restaurant turns its system on.
We use Stripe to process your credit card payments. Direct costs from Stripe are 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. Sorry, we cannot use your credit card processor for online ordering.
Yes, we offer discounts for restaurant groups with more than 5 locations.
We do recommend a kitchen order station and order printer, plus a counter loyalty station. There are different ways to configure the hardware setup and your Success Director will work with you to determine the best approach. In some cases you can use your own hardware, and in others you may need to make a hardware purchase. A kitchen/loyalty station costs less than $150 if you elect to purchase it directly from us, and printers can run $250-$400 as a one-time purchase.
Most customers are live within a few weeks following sign up. Once you sign up we’ll reach out to you to schedule a setup call. We’ll use that call to get an idea of your needs, arrange any hardware delivery, and get your most recent menus and branding asset. Next, we set up your system and schedule a call where we walk you through the entire setup and gain your approval.
