Our loyalty program is a modern, text messaging system that is completely customizable to your brand and the way you like to connect with your customers. Our checkiin stations include a small android tablet and rotating base to make your loyalty program easy to interact with and brandable to match the look and feel of your business. Customers need only type in their mobile number to check in.
An alternative to the counter station is a station that is accessible only by staff. Simply add a field to your point of sale receipt to ask for mobile number and your staff can enter it directly into the station in a location of your choosing.

Redeeming rewards is simple. When your points threshold is met your customer earns a reward that they will see next time they check in. Your staff enters a 4 digit code to redeem the reward and reset the points balance for the customer.
It’s easy to see your recent check ins, redemptions, and subscription numbers. Additionally we have tools that help you see the true cost of the rewards you’re offering and a way to download your entire customer database.
BuzzDirector works with a single location or with any number of locations. You can have a single program that’s branded consistently across all locations. Each location has its own redemption code and reporting capability.
Your Own Number
Your loyalty program works with a number dedicated to your location, tied to your home area code. Customers will be prompted to save your contact to their phone so that each time we send a text on your behalf, it looks like it’s coming directly from you.
Check-In or Text to Join
Joining your program can be done in person at check-in stations or, if you are running a broader promotion you can ask customers to text ‘join’ to your check-in number. This helps you grow your subscriber base beyond physical check-ins.
